Shipping & Returns

All items are shipped via UPS or USPS at buyers expense to all 48 states (some locations may not be eligible). International shipping costs may not be accurate in checkout pages. Please notify us at XPT to determine actual international shipping costs. The final decision as to the method of shipping shall remain in the sellers sole discretion. Shipping insurance is included on all items. For items with special shipping requirements, buyer will be notified of any additional expenses. Shipping and packing charges are determined by the package size, weight and zip code. Merchandise usually ships within 5 business days of payment confirmation. Sorry, but UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please also note that large and irregularly shaped items may take longer to ship. For more information regarding our shipping policies, please contact us at info@xpt-tools.net.

*Standard Ground shipping for domestic destinations will be through USPS or UPS Ground. International packages will be through USPS. Both methods provide online tracking status. The tracking number will be emailed to you after the order has shipped. The shipping method will be determined by the product purchased and your shipping location. The shipping method is not selectable by the customer.

Warranty and Returns

All sales come with a 30-Day, "No Questions Asked" Return Policy and Product Warranty depending on the item conditions or unless advertised differently. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal functionality or provide a full refund. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method. Specific terms are:

  • For replacement, merchandise must be returned within appropriate time period in the original packaging.
  • Returned items must be returned in the same condition as it was initially sent; (not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage).
  • Merchandise should be packed and returned through the same methods as they were sent.
  • Short-shipments, DOA (Damaged On Arrival), items not as described, or any other disputes must be reported within 7 days from delivered date in order to file claims to shipping company. Depending on circumstances, XPT is not responsible for DOA items.
  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Dependant on circumstances, return shipping charges will be refunded upon approved warranty return claims only if item is irreplaceable
  • If you wish to return your order during our warranty period without giving us the opportunity to repair or replace it, we will charge a 25% restocking fee

Return Procedures

Please contact us XPT or send an email to contactus@xpt-tools.net to obtain a return authorization. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with all the original contents. Return authorizations are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of authorization. Returned packages not returned within the required (14) days time or missing its original contents will not be accepted.
